“I have patterns I have struggled with for years. I call them "having the rug pulled out from under me." I recognize my participation in them, but because these are things that come from left field, and are precipitated by the actions of others, I have a hard time pivoting. I DO recognize my thoughts...waiting for this to happen again, or perhaps more accurately stated is being prepared in case it happens again. but that's just feels like I'm creating it. But how am I not prepared?”

“I have spent lot of time in last month doing relationship reviews – a lot of forgiveness activity asking for and extending to people and situations in my life I have been holding in anger. I have become aware and a bit surprised about how angry I have been. It has been chaotic and exhausting at times – dreams of people who have passed talking with them clearing things up - things are breaking apart but in many ways I am glad to see them go. Any advice on how to flow through this ?
Maybe my question is what to do in the future...how do I get the direct relationships I need with the caliber of person I want, without all the bullshit...Does the BS have some purpose?”

“I wonder why narcissists creep up every couple years and why it has been difficult for me to notice them before things spiral out of control considering after the fact, I ask myself how could I have not spotted this? I have dealt with this type of person before?”

“How to hold the two possibilities 1) that I will follow the average of life expectancy (12-28 months) or 2) that I am healthier or more supported and will have much more time? I live out of the second one, but every now and then get hit with the first.”
