“As time goes on, there are times when it is hard to deal with everything, and I can't avoid the questions in the back of my mind, the when and how. I have a lot of visits coming up, and I wonder about my energy. I guess it feels like my positivity and trust is wavering.”

“A recent death has opened up an awareness and appreciation for life, freedom, love, forgiveness. I see behind the anger and pain there was joy and love that I missed or buried. As I begin releasing it is like a veil has been lifted for all of my relationships and what precious gifts they have all been. Time is moving so quickly and also at slow speed allowing me to see so many things I missed. Such contrasts I am exhausted and energized and experiencing a need for a lot of extra sleep. Besides extra sleep any other recommendations as I process all that is going on? I am being challenged every day - last week funeral, dog to ER, basement flood, three people contacting me asking for support - as I do what I can every day I feel stronger just sleepy...a lot of processing clearing.”
